In the running for least cohesive lineup of 2012 is Diplo, Sleigh Bells and Liturgy at Freebird Live on February 9th. I guess Sleigh Bells can be the only common denominator between the DJ aesthetic and black metal from the Thrill Jockey label. How Liturgy ended up here and not at a one-off with some local sludge-metal gods at Jackrabbits, I don’t know but you know what? Knock yourselves out. Tickets can be purchased here.
