Just wanted to mention a favorite track that’s been rockin’ my sox for the last month. This is your bog standard 128 bpm joint that’s very mixer friendly but it’s a subtle builder that gets euphoric and never over the top. Even the last few good singles on Doorn have been a little on the over-heavy-duty side (not to mention SvD’s new Avicii-esque (why?) ‘Chasin”, which comes out today on Beatport). With this jam, you get those big trancy synths but they’re not so layered. Instead, they’re stabby, yet fluid. Dr. Kucho! is a Spanish producer who’s been putting out stuff for almost 20 years. Nice to see someone from the underground pop up ‘cuz this thing is huge. 8/10
