Bass. The funny thing about bass is that it isn’t something you hear but rather something that you feel. This is what makes the Bass Down night a special one. Bass Down, held at Lomax Lodge on the first Friday of every month is easily jacksonvilles most diverse underground night. From drum and bass and dubstep to U.K. funky, grime and electro all aspects of bass culture are covered and as one might expect with forms of music which are so bass heavy, the soundsystem is more than adequate clocking in at just over 5000 watts. So, it’s Friday, you ain’t got no job (I mean, how’d you get fired on your day off?)…..you got nothin’ else to do. So come out and hear or should I say , feel, the future sound of the underground.
